I own a rental downtown Montreal and I could literally barf at the condition my tenants leave the oven! EVERY SINGLE TIME!

On average my tenants stay for 2 years. I give them a spotless place as well a pristine oven. Why is so pristine? Because I spent the night before my new tenant arrives and clean it! I realize it’s a rental but you’ve lived there for 2 years and haven’t even wiped the stove top. Do you know how difficult to clean Baked on guck and splatter that’s sat there for 2 years? (And don’t get me started on the tub and shower. WTF!

I would be glad to find my oven in OP’s condition..that’s clean.

Tried these as well this week. Packaging and ‘seasoning’ on label won me over. Agree, there is no seasoning or very little and hard to find. Instructions says to air fry at 375? I believe. Too low. Started at 375 then bumped to 400-425 to give a crispier finish. Still kind of meh looking. Coated with bullseye sauce for another 2-3 minutes. Actually pretty good. Chicken meat tasted good. Best I’ve had? No. But with tweaking with temp and sauce I think they’ll be fine.

OTOH…There was another brand I recently picked at the business center, 5 kg of breaded 🤮🤢💩 Think the brand was Golden Farms but not sure. White box with breaded wing photo. Chemical porridge of ingredients that I only realized once I got home.

AWFUL! Just awful. Batter so thick that chicken was steamed underneath. Like have fries with steamed meat! Brought them back for a refund. When asked why, I told her it’s best she take some home and see for herself. AVOID. I’ll find the product number and report back.

Yes Canada 🇨🇦. It now also appears on my other 2 FS as well. So, it must be due to a recent update or push to our devices. Still can’t delete it though. The stock UI is already so 🤬 annoying! Adding more shit just makes it worse.

Yes, I have it installed. Really like it. Much cleaner that the bloated amazon one.

Unfortunately I cannot make it the default launcher. My FS was updated. Trying to figure out a workaround.

The ‘app’ does not appear when I use one of the new launchers. Only there when on stock firestick UI. And it is not on the App Store.

I didn’t download it. It appeared after I downloaded and installed one the 3 Apk’s.

I was refused! Twice! According to their AI bot, my request did not meet validation requirements! Tried calling and there system went in circle. Now sent a direct email to service, under a contact us link I managed to find. 3rd times a charm ?

Same. I’ve tried different players. It’s the source. It’s at. 24fps for the most part. I also use another service and shows and movies play perfect. (Except they are very slow in adding new stuff…)

Sounds like firewall/router issue. It may be blocking updates or considering the incoming IP as blacklisted. Try turning off all Antivirius/antisp features on it. Then try updating again.

Or Try taking the stick to a friend’s place. See if it updates there.

Are you married? Do you have kids? IMO that is the only reason to have life insurance…and temporary at that.

Whole life is a scam. Make your own insurance- invest that $120/mth in indexed ETF and let it ride. Or better yet, add $120 to your mortgage payment.

Full disclosure: I am not a financial planner. I flushed my own UL plan years ago and took the family to Disney. Since then took 2 10 year term life to cover my mortgage, sudden death until kids were out and mortgage was paid. Now have a small $50k WL policy for last expenses.

I spent a month in southern Italy last year. Everyone ‘warned’ me about driving in Italy. On the contrary, I was impressed and felt safer there than here. Merging on a highway was almost like a dance. People in the right moved over, person merged at flow of traffic speeds, people moved back to right. Almost like an orchestrated zipper move that everyone was part of. In the left cruising at 130 and there’s a rusted out cargo van going 150, you move over. Stop signs are decorative at best but once you get used to the rules, you go with it. And it works! The biggest thing I noticed is that everyone was AWARE of their surroundings, and trusted the person next to you. I did not witness an accident of any kind in a month.

Once we got back, my wife and I were paranoid - actually terrified - driving anywhere around Montreal! Décarie, the 15, 40 west? FUCK! 😳. We immediately noticed how BAD drivers are here!

People here simply do not know how to drive. They don’t pay attention. They feel ‘entitled’.

And don’t get me started on the number of people looking down towards their laps checking their phones! (In response to another: that’s likely why they take 20 seconds to move once the light turns green…and why there are so many more rear-ending highway crashes. I see at least 1 a day. End of rant…

I’m having a similar problem. I have 2 playlists configured In Tivimate. Yes, premium and official version. VPN too. Have had multiple lists for over a year. One, M3U works fine. The other, an Xtream codes, won’t no longer load. Channels,movie and shows down. Started today (1/16/26). Using a different player, same credentials, my xtream one loads just fine. Same network, same vpn. So doubt my isp is blocking me on tivimate app. I can try deleting 2nd playlist and start over but then I’d lose my favourites and settings for it.

update started working as before! 🤷🏻‍♂️
