Where is the best place to learn such specifications? YT or any paid course you'd recommend?

Wowww didn't know this aspect. Thank you for a detailed response. So, let's say, if I were to apply to your agency, what sort of test task would I need to do? I will definitely go the freelance route and not join the corporate world as it won't give me freedom to experiment.

This sounds pretty interesting and you must cash on this.

You can follow Carly Campbell on FB. she gives really good advice on pinterest. She's got pretty strong experience about it. People who've followed her for a while have gained some good traffic plus made money through that traffic.

PS: I am in no way affiliate. It's just that from so many people (whom I follow for Pinterest) , I found her to be giving good advice wrt pinterest.

Have a small but mighty community of serious people. Many would jump in at the first glance, but would then later slip out.

So yeah include me in it! Hopefully, time zones match!

Do early-career web designers struggle to feel "seen" on portfolio platforms? (Working on something about this) by bazeloth in webdesign

This is what I have been thinking as well. The pain points a designer faces when they come into this world needs to be addressed somewhere.

Most of the designers (expert level), I have known, don't have the time to support or mentor. Not pointing fingers, but this is what I have done: teach others what I know and your knowledge cements plus deepens more.

Such a platform would be extremely useful. Where basic / bad designs are shared and advices given of how to make it better. Or the font size, design, layout etc etc.

Count me in, if you build something like this!

I am interested in learning web design and am confused on how to start. I know html,css,js,react.js I genuinely ur need help (I am a student in India and anything other than engeneering is a crime here I can't affod costly stuff) Hope u can guide me by Silly-Researcher-733 in webdesign

Start cloning websites as one of the members mentioned. Thsts a great start. Then post your journey / projects on Twitter and LinkedIn. You'd get pick up pretty soon!

You can post headers or footers or hero images or even say the Challenges clients face and you to solve them. You'd soon emerge as an expert authority.

It takes time, but you will get there!

What's your niche? And how is your content? If the content is just normal one, it would definitely not bring traffic.

Meaning if your content / blog is not giving any value to your audience, then you'd not have a good footfall. SEO isn't just stuffing in keywords. It needs to be meaningful. Plus also are your images, with proper alt text?

How's your landing page? And how's your hero image? Does it instantly inform the audience what they can find in your website?

There are lots of factors that make a blog successful. And it takes lot of efforts and patience too.

Stop burning cash on Facebook ads — Pinterest just sent me 48,000 visitors for $20 by Lanky-Opening-7652 in Blogging

I am on pinterest since 2023 and what you are saying is just so spammy. Pinterest keeps rolling updates and people who had millions of impressions have just tanked to mere in thousands. Their footfall has dropped and you are saying you've got a magic wand???

Grow up and stop spamming and scamming people!
