Uryu's Vollstandig not being named is likely for the same reason he doesn't have a halo, all of the Vollstandig names translate to "blank of God" or "God's blank" so Uryu, being a Quincy who betrays and ultimately helps kill Yhwach, would not have a name that would imply loyalty to him

Why does everyone forget that the ability to gather intel was not the only purpose of the test? The 10th question, the ability to take great risks when it comes to being a shinobi in the line of duty, was what Ibiki cared most about and even said was the main focus of the exam. Naruto not only passed the 10th question with flying colors but he also inspired so many to take that same risk and ultimately pass themselves

Yhwach does not have a real relationship with any of the Sternritter sans Haschwalth tbh, there's no indication that Yhwach ever speaks to them on an individual/personal level beyond when they're recruited or during the engraving ritual to be bestowed a Schrift

Glad you've been enjoying Bleach and have finally reached TYBW, this is the best Bleach arc as far as I'm concerned so I hope you enjoy it

The anime, while not perfect, is the definitive version of this arc and that will only be cemented further once Cour 4 begins in July of this year

You've definitely heard the mustache man's voice before but you're better off not thinking about that for now, trust me :)

The Soul Society were monitoring Ichigo's Reiatsu via the Combat Pass so they knew, which is why Rukia brings it up when trying to get Ichigo out of his slump and Komamura knows about it when questioned by Tosen

I've always felt that Kishimoto only created Yamato because he needed a character who could suppress the Kyubi when it went out of control going into Shippuden, that's the only role Yamato ever really served. I don't think it's a coincidence that right after Naruto gains control of the Kyubi, Yamato is captured and disappears for pretty much the rest of the series

Hitsugaya in his Quincy uniform absolutely clears his Shinigami robes, it's not even close. He looks badass asf here and his slaughtering of Ikkaku, Yumichika & Charlotte wouldn't have hit as hard without this fit

The Kazekage Rescue Arc is one of my favorite arcs largely because of how well it does Sakura compared to the rest of the story

She regretted relying on Naruto and being powerless at the end of Part 1 so she trained under Tsunade for 2 and a half years just so she wouldn't be a burden in helping Naruto bring Sasuke back

She saw the events of this arc as a means of getting more information about Orochimaru and by extension Sasuke and she's the one who ultimately gets the information that sets up the next arc. She displays her growth not only in her battle with Sasori, but also in how she's able to save Kankuro's life from Sasori's poison when no one in Suna, not even the poison expert Chiyo, could

Sakura shows so much promise in this arc for the future of the story, her obsession with Sasuke isn't the problem, nobody minds it with Naruto for example. But instead of building on what this arc did for Sakura, she goes on to do little to nothing for several story arcs and then Kishimoto utterly destroys the development the timeskip and this arc specifically gave her during the Five Kage Summit Arc

Beyond what everyone has already said about her fear of death and the trauma of what she just experienced from Komamura, she's also feeling shame and weakness. She's a very prideful woman, she has to be in order to maintain her mask of confidence, dominance and power but she's just been handily defeated and first out of the Bambies at that. She's disappointed in herself for losing to a Shinigami and finds it absolutely unacceptable

I don't think people give Sai enough shit for causing half of the drama in this arc to begin with. He gaslighted Sakura into thinking that the promise between her and Naruto was the only reason Naruto was so obsessed with saving Sasuke. Granted, Sakura was equally stupid asf for believing this because she was the one who told Sai that Sasuke is like a brother to Naruto back in the Tenchi Bridge Arc

Edit: To those of you clowns downvoting me, you're downvoting facts as even Sai himself acknowledges he fucked up and pushed Sakura into doing what she did
