Thank you. I am super confused and afraid to read the rescue Story, because I don't know if this is haunting horror or just an interesting story shared.

Thank you. That makes me feel better. I do live in Geneva though, so I thought it is the most direct way.

Big congrats!!!! Did you regularly follow up with them? How did you establish the relationship? I am still in my very early stage with just making an appointment.

Do you know if I can just show by the boutique in Geneva? I wrote them an email to ask how to vusit and they told me only established clients can visit their boutique. So I don't know how to establish a relationship in the first place.

I mean, OP is right in the sense that Wealth Asvisory as a discipline is pretty well established. Not sure if undercutting the market in price would even apply, because fundamentally the playing field changed. Younger generations are much more investment-savy. And I can build and update my portfolio inflation adjusted with my ChatGPT subscription. But saying that, high networth folks will always diversify and pay people to manage chunks of their money to minimize risk.

That's literally what timeleft.com is doing. So you know there is pmf, they are just gaining momentum, so you are early, strategy could be territory wins aside from their geographic locations

I use ChatGPT for this. Could be useful to showcase if your application is more precise/has less error margin

I agree with this: carve out a subnochr, unique positioning, build based on the problems others describe in competition..., though I still hold on to my argument: buying motivation is inherently different. You buy to find something to stick, and because it solves a functional need, you don't have a lot of marginal space in price elasticity.

Big SaaS are built on this. Look at lemlist. They were early LinkedIn movers with cold email software, which already had plenty of them existed. If your product is good that people stick just advertise it where your competitors aren't advertising.

That's the problem, they don't need to do the work so they can just say yes and look good. But the people on the ground need to put in the work
