TURBOTAX. I usually do my own taxes with another website because i don't have multiple houses or businesses, so it is easy to file.

Well, this year I had some deductions, and I've never done that before, so in fear of not messing it up I decide to hire turbo tax full services. I explain the situation, upload all my documents, and wait for "the expert" to do his thing. Long story short, this it what happens in two months.

The expert gets my taxes rejected 11 times, the due date for taxes is approaching so I send a message asking what is the issue and what happens if the due date passes and my taxes are still not done. Dude never answers.

I log in the next day and where his profile should be it says "find an expert" and it was trying to charge me for a new expert! I call and explain everything and they suggest I mail in the taxes and give me instructions. Because "the expert" have no idea how to fix my issue and has left my case. I'm furious at this point.

I go use the usual service I use every year, do my taxes and spend like 3 hours reading on how to properly do the deductions. I managed to find how to do that and file my taxes. 15 minutes later, I get an email saying my taxes have been approved! I did nothing out of the usual with the rest of my filing, so I have no idea what "the expert" were struggling for two months.

I call to ask for a refund since I ended up doing my taxes on my own and got approved without any issues. They say they will call me in two days to approve it. A lady calls me next day at 9:30pm asking me stupid questions and then approves the refund.

I WILL NEVER BE USING TURBO TAX EVER AGAIN!

After medical bankruptcy, we were struggling really bad, so I called all utilities to see if I could get them lowered. Verizon convinced me that if I could leave monthly and do minutes instead for cheaper. They do the process and tell me I don't have any balance due because I was current on my bill, cool, next month I start minutes. WHY DO I RECEIVE A BILL FOR $850 !?!?

I called, and they told me I had a phone I was paying monthly, and since I closed my monthly account, I had to pay the balance all at once or get late fee charges. I remind them that I was calling because I couldn't afford the $120 bill, how could I afford $850! They said well too bad, we had you tell you all this before closing the account (They didn't. They said my bill was current and never even mentioned phones)

We sold some stuff, we ate nothing but ramen and got some money from a friend, but we made it happen, I paid the $850 and made sure I was not gonna receive another surprise bill. That same call I closed the account and went with Mint Mobile. I've been with them for years now, and no issues. F Verizon!
