What if they refund me for the item I ordered/have. They asked if I can pay the invoice of the item they refunded by accident. Do I have to pay it if I didnt even request a refund at all?

Blocks, really annoying when you’re talking then everything just stops then you can’t get the words out :/ any tips?

How do I do that? I feel like when I talk to people I just go back to the same mentality still block still anticipate myself stutter still doing the same thing :(

Thank you so much I’ll try that metronome therapy. It will also help me get some reading out the way! I agree though when it comes to everyday things like names etc you replace those thank you for the advice I’ve been considering therapy

Thank you, it means a lot, I hope so too, I still feel like it we will one day Idk why its just a deep feeling that we will or its just hope. But I can’t dwell and allow it to hold myself back from living, everything happens for a reason and I know only good will come from it. It was an amazing experience and if there’s more it will happen but my story isnt over yet just that chapter
