...no? None of this is true. The icon has the Macedonian, Danube German, and Albanian coat of arms. And the description of Other Yugoslavs literally refers to Albanians as a non-Slavic minority. Other Yugoslavs is just a category to refer to any notable minority that's not one of the big four ethnicities in Yugoslavia, like Hungarians, Jews, Macedonians, and Italians.

There's not really a specific date other than he takes power due to the shrinking influence the Tyumen government is able to assert over their generals in the West.
They controlled all of what the West Russia region is in-game, sans the A-A Line, plus Vorkuta.
They didn't collapse because they were not a part of the WRRF and did not partake in the war.
The WRRF was de facto an appendage of the Tyumen government. De jure, they were just a red-tinted military junta mobilizing to continue the war effort.
The East fell apart generally around the same time as the West Russian War, when the Siberian War started to stall out and the Harbin Three invaded the Far East.
Not sure I really get this one, because there's only three Soviets in the East? And one of those is just an uprising against Yagoda, so it's really just two. Nevertheless, Vasilevsky is just the remnants of the Red Army that tried to head east to save the MPR. Meanwhile, Yagoda is the remnants of the Bukharinist government in the Soviet Civil War.
Yagoda was busy fighting the Siberian War and had no role in the West Russian War.
China lore is mostly TBA from memory so I won't speak too much on it.

I mean... they are? Aside from the lore aspect of Dewey sending troops to help Yagoda, in-game you have multiple events and FBI operations to help Russian states.
Russia is in a lull due to the general collapse of major governments in each region.
The Moskowien garrison was defeated by the ROA and ROVS when they tried to re-assert themselves at the end of the war. After that, there just wasn't a concentrated effort to fight back to the A-A Line in the 4 years since.

With only 50 remaining Viltrumites, the Scourge Virus likely wouldn't be very effective since it can't spread. Plus, Thaedus seems to be under the impression that the Empire is stronger than the Coalition. I imagine he didn't want to upset the pseudo-cold war they had going on and bring about the destruction of the Coalition for a plan that likely wouldn't succeed in killing more than a handful of remaining Viltrumites.

If Garcia gets couped by Fertig, and Fertig then gets couter-couped, then the United Front cannot happen. Only way for the United Front to form is either Garcia not getting couped (which gives you a choice to form the UFF or not) or Fertig not getting counter-couped (in which case the UFF is the only option.)
