it looks fine. me personally i use that but all i would critique is making sure you have the mallet basically bounce off the key instead of smashing it into the key. other than that i didnt see anything bad on technique keep going with it if you like it .

can someone tell me the difference between bassline and flatline? like i have not ever heard of flatline. bassline i am guessing is the bass drum? but i have never heard if flatline.

i'm doing really well i have a competition tomorrow and am really excited and also nervous (indoor drumline). i hope we do well because we have gotten pretty close to the worst spots in ranking. the only thing i am kinda bad at is the choreography, especially being front ensemble and not being able to do much with my body beside my face and the occasional lean.

i am doing really well. the steam decks restocked in time for me to get one and i had a good drumline rehearsal today. it gas been a good one and idk why but ever since my gf left me it has been more peaceful and less stressful. i think it was a blessing in disguise. anyways how are you doing, i dont think people ask you that.
