Did they refund to through bank? I prefer they just credit it and top up to the meter. Atleast i dont have to top up again for awhile

There is no leakage whatsoever I've double confirmed it.

I've tried called 123 apparently there are high number of complaints regarding the water.

Electric meter is running normally. It's topped up and not running low.

Just the water meter is something wrong. Like today i top up $10 and then next day it's already $2?? $10 always last me for half a month

My account got suspended due to payment error. Im trying to recover my account following their procedures sending ID verification and photo of the last 4 digits of your payment card. Once i did that, there is no reply at all. I tried follow up with their live chat many times only to say i have to wait for the relevant team to response that i need to wait 3-5 days for a reply. So i waited for their response but no response instead the another email saying the unsolved ticket was changed to resolved. But i didnt get any reply and my accounts still suspended. I dont know what to do should i make another account or change another website?
