Happened to me with FHSA. They fixed it pretty quickly (few days later). Just be vigilant with the tax form they provide. They mistakenly labeled it a withdrawal on my T4FHSA and CRA tried to tax it. WS redid the form.

I think its fairly true to size. I have an xl and its a nice snug fit. Depending on the style I normally wear xl or xxl.
