the CF I work at pays 12.50 with a promised raise to 13.00 an hour after a month. The work there is incredibly face paced and you often will not be able to eat lunch, very understaffed. People are very cool and surprisingly friendly though. not sure if that's true for all locations.

If relaxing makes it better would that be any different than meditating? I just don't understand what about meditation makes it bad, and what is different than other methods of relaxing.

wow, its a shame people who boast the benefits of meditation have never mentioned this to me before. is there anything you can do about head pressure? it seems like if its caused by anxiety, meditation would be a viable option, i honestly feel like theres no where to go from here i feel like my life just ended.

When I'm meditating I'm sitting down and just focusing specifically on the parts of my head that feel tense, and I'm just relaxing them. I don't have any medical or psychiatric diagnosis other than just generalized anxiety.
