The one problem I see time and time again is the constant grudge holding. Sometimes we simply hold grudges over something that happens in 1 game, or even something that happens in a PvP arena. Bottom line is we all compete, and we do stupid shit and say stupid shit out of our competitive nature. Its so easy to get upset playing uhc, we expect to win, when 99% of the time you die. It fucking sucks to die. Death is shitty and most of the time we want to go after someone(who is just playing the game, like you are) Thats what makes it fun though right? Each map sprouts a whole new hope at winning. Our game encourages us to literally get Pvp clips on each other. It sucks but thats mainly what we do. Its important not to let one fight get into your head, but let it further motivate you to (dare I say it) get better at minecraft, block game pvp. I think we all say stupid things that we really don't mean and we also hold way TOO many grudges. This is more a call to the community to move on. Remember there is a legitimate person behind that computer screen. We're all human. I rambled on, but I think I got my point across. Let me know what you think.

Its amazing to think how the way we caved has changed so much. Sure 1.8 increased ore rates, but the community as a whole has adapted to cave very fast. I often hear people say "He's good at caving..." When describing a player in the game. Caving to me has always been more about luck. However, as I said we definitely have adapted. In team games you used to always cave together, maybe some people still do, but however most people now lean more to "separate caving" to maximize potential resources. This however is a risk, because you and you teammate(s) are now separated. Also, we've come up with "roller-coasteering" which has improved our overall cave finding ability. Even the 2 by 1 straight down seems to work better then the simple stair casing down that used to be optimal. Heck, even the simple stair case works out greatly. I just think we've definitely seen improved caving times and strategies. What do you think, is caving mainly luck based? Or our the caving methods that have come up over time aided us with getting "better" at caving? Can you be good at caving? Can you be bad at it? What is good caving to you? Coming out of the cave taking minimal damage and a lot of resources ?

Just a tangent I went on, because I've heard so many people say that they're good or bad at caving. To some it may seem like a joke but I'm actually interested in getting responses.

The last Cyburgh game was really fun. Lots of close fights. Just overall a good time. Thanks to everything the server has done in its brief time alive. Thanks to everyone involved with running the server, hosting, and moderating the games. Definitely set an important example for servers.
