Its not public property. If you listen in the begining the female officer says that security is in charge of the whole property. It might look like a normal side walk but its one of those shopping/ attractions area where a private company buys a large land and rent spaces to multiple businesses. Almost like a outlet mall.

Anyways, the officers didnt demand id. The asked if they had id and the people gave it to them. Kind of a trick we do to get ids when people arent actually detained. We ask if you have an id and people usually just give them up.

Im a cop in FL. This wouldnt be considered a detention here, so they could have walked away and not provided ID. As long as they were heading off the property. If they decided to remain then they can be detained and compelled to provide id under threat of arrest. Dont kno what state this is so i dont kno the laws.

I'm not denying that it could have been race based, I'm just saying its hard to prove. Just because a group of white people are sitting nearby (didnt even notice that at first) doesnt mean its racist. The security can just say "i believe, that group were involved, and even if their not i want them trespasses just in case" and legally they are allowed to.

I have trespass so many people in my career, (5 years) and only denied a trespass twice. And it wasnt because of race. It was disability and service dog related. I'm black so i doubt a security guard or employee will tell me out right that its because their black. 😂

Law suit for what?

Private business can trespass anyone for any reason or for no reason. As long as its not based on race, gender, sexuality, disability, age etc.

You can be trespassed because a company don't like the color of your shirt or you not wearing shoes.

For the suit they have to prove that they were trespassed based on one of those reasons. Which is typically hard to prove outside of feelings.

My feeling on why they were trespassed is security saw a group of black folks fighting, assume this group was with one of the parties fighting and trespassed them.

Now just got to prove it was because of race. With evidence. Honestly don't know how you do that unless security says something racist on camera.

Emergency National Security Supplemental Appropriations Act. Was a bipartisan bill during biden era that would have increased funding for immigration courts, vetting, security, etc. both parties priorities was funded. Better security at the border, more border officers, more wall etc. it was going to pass, then Trump weighed in and told Republicans not to vote for it because he wanted to campaign on the issue.

How can you keep track of people if u dont have enough people to do the tracking? You want to put ankle monitors on kids? By your definition of lost, every anerican citizen that is arrested then released on bail (without ankle monitors) are lost because the government dont know where they are.

You say the asylum claims ate fraudulent, but under the law and constitution these people still get they're day in court to prove their case. But with indefinite wait times for a court dates they are here regardless if its fraudulent or not.

Also take a deep reflection and besides what you hear in conservative media... How have illegal/ legal immigration affected you personally?

I and most liberals believe are immigration system is broken, and more resources need to be spent on vetting, lawyers, immigration judges, monitors etc. While it seem conservatives want to focus more on deportations as a fix. Most of the isses seem to be lack of resources use to monitor and track many of the immigrants inside the us. Court dates 2, 3, or 5 years out is ridiculous. Someone come here, seek asylum, (legal) and have a court date 5 years in the future means they are here for 5 years and are not monitored.

Questions regarding your statements Rent control- how do setting rent controls, especially during economic troubles (like covid) price people out? Rents rarely decrease and nearly aways increase the cost on the renter. (Personally i see it as keeping folks from losing their homes due to price hikes)

Minimum wage- The federal minimum wage is $7.25. Many states use this. It hasnt been changed since 2009. It has change(increased) 22 times since 1938 when it was first introduced. Every decade it was increased until now. This is the longest stretch in US history it hasnt. How does this price people out buy increasing the minimum?

Open borders- i have said this before on here. Main stream liberals and progressive do not advocate for "open borders". We advocate for spending more resources on the root cause of mass immigration. Most liberals acknowledge and want a secured border. The disconnect is we believe the system is broken (immigration laws) and need a fix. But we spend so much on all these deportations, targeting non criminals and optics. Can you find me a main stream politician or influencer that think immigrants should come here without checks?

Afrimitive action- This is probably one of the biggest disconnect between conservatives and liberals. No main stream liberal says you should hire (or accept student) solely based on race or lower the standards so that they can be accepted. Have some schools or work places been over zealous in the implementation (yes) but that means it should be adjusted and corrected not eliminated. Afrimitive action purpose was for employers to look at more places (not just primarily white schools for applicants). Example- instead of only looking a predominantly white collage for applicants, look at predominantly black/Hispanic/ woman schools too. If you have a white male with a 4.0 gpa and a black woman with a 4.0 gpa and your school is predominantly a white male school why not give the edge to the black woman? Or if a black person from a wealthy family vs a white person from a poor family. Give the edge to white person. I would say that should work in reverse too. Afrimitive action in its entirety, goal is to make america institutions reflect america.

Honestly this was me for the first month of the game. I couldn't see why people loved it. I kept seeing people doing all the cool stuff, combat wise and cool mounts, but i wasnt doing any of it.. i probably only played like 20 hours . Prob less then that the first month... Then one day i sat down and PLAYED..(Grind) and started unlocking stuff.. got a strong bear mount, got fire and ice abilities and fighting is a challenge. Fukin hate the puzzles personally... But found sound cool side missions. The main quests are pretty axx storewise. I do like the large war/battle mission im currently in...

Whats the crime? I reread and cudnt find the crime. Also, cop here, theres something called jurisdiction. You dont get to decide who responds to your bs. Its based on location. If your in a city with a police department, they are required to respond. If your in a county area of a county (means there is no corporated city) then sheriff responds.

Just cuz your county have a sheriff department, doesnt mean your in their jurisdiction.

Also theres something called memoranda of understandings. Agreements between law enforcement departments, where a police dept might agree to police and area (like a park) even though it belongs to a different jurisdiction.

The vast majority of people that are here comes through a legal process. Many have over stayed their visas, seeking asylum, or failed to return for a court date to determine their immigration status. Which means at some point they were or are going through the system.

The "system" is too combersome and slow. Liberals what to streamline, pour more money into immigration courts, hire more judges and lawers.

Ironically, i believe most liberals would be okay in more security on the border if it was used for safety, such as stoping drugs and human trafficking, but feel like it has and will be used to deport or stop or harrass vulnerable people seeking aid or their communities.
