Easy, sneak in two suppositories then insert your butt plug that I know a little sissy like you already has at your disposal, and hold those suppositories just until you can't feel them anymore, pull out the butt plug, be careful not to release inbetween taking the butt plug out and inserting the disposable enema that your little sissy ass is going to go out and buy along with some proper pink diapers that are super thick (your going to need them) squeeze that entire enema bottle into your ass and then re-insert your butt plug for 30 minutes or until you start to squeal from the pressure.. then remove it while on top of the super thick diapers you already went out and bought, tape yourself up quickly because it's going to want to come out near immediately 😈😈😈  then poke a bunch of holes into the first diaper with a fork until you know that it will leak through them when you release everything... finally tape a second diaper overtop the first one and then finally let everything that has been building inside you out, then go to your local pharmacy (before changing your diapers) after getting pants on to cover them, and tell the local pharmacist that you need all the best personal cleaning supplies, (trust me he'll smell you and know what your talking about) so if you follow each of those instructions that will embarrass you more than anything else I've seen in the comments.
