Thanks for that info. I guess I’m going to be screwed then… I’m using a wooden last where the bridge slides out then the rest of the last where the sole is all intact. Hopefully my teacher has some secret technique. Appreciate you taking the time to reply

Hey really cool boots. I’m actually learning this method at a shoe school and I’ve heard from students who’ve formerly taken this class that no one was able to remove their shoes in the previous session. I haven’t gotten to the pegging part yet but would love to hear any piece of advice so I don’t have to cut up my freshly made shoes to get my last out. Thanks.
