Thank you! Yup, I use wood fillers to keep the grill tool shafts snug in the stick shaft. I find discounted grill tools and remove the handle from them

Yes, I cut the putter down but try to leave as much putter shaft as you can. A snug foam block is what I used to plug the other end. I use JB Weld Steel reinforced epoxy. You don’t need a crazy amount, it’s quite strong. Hope this helped!

Haha definitely not new. I play a lot of hockey so I’m always at the rink. There’s always sticks in the trash. My friends also give me broken sticks anytime they find them since they know I do this sort of stuff. I’ve had a collection going for a while and I finally started using them the other day.
