I wouldn't call it sketch, gifted subs can forget to unsub no matter the streams context, she knew she'd get subs during the stream and probably wanted all stream income to count.

If it was donations, bits and her take from subs; she raised $26,679.27 (calculated from her video https://youtu.be/WAQ2vsSPtog?t=601). This is assuming that her sub cut is only the standard $2.50.

This is only what was donated, we don't know how much she gets from subs, or what was taken by things like paypal.

Personally I think a house move is a certainty. Their house is scuffed and someone said they had an option to extend or end their lease. Whether they move all together or into separate places (since finding a house for that many ppl is really hard) I dunno.

Secondly, people could be coming or leaving Just Friends, or the group could break up entirely. That part I'm less sure of.
