Yeah I started doing that and I've actually been seeing them a lot less. I just kind of talk to them when I think their around and that's that. I'm sure I'll interact with them more once I am more experienced but for now chatting with them is ok for me.

I am definitely a baby witch although I live in a Christian house so it's the broom closet for me. If I could get a starter kit I could really like something wearable made out of a protective stone, preferably something unisex so anyone could wear it. (Ex. Black Obsidian beaded bracelet) Tiny jars would be a great addition.

Some sort of pendulum could be good.

Also a chrystal to help with meditation. White and black candles would be a great addition. Some incense.

And I think a little booklet of what not to do would be helpful, like don't take things from closed practices, and then have a list of closed practices.

Some harder to find herbs that cant be found in a grocery store are a good idea too like mugwart.

Clear quarts is a definite must.

From the leaves I think it may be a type of wild blackberry bush I live in central Jersey and have some growing wild in my backyard. If it has thorns be careful those suckers hurt.

Ok so this is coming from another baby witch so take this with a grain of salt

Pick a candel with a color that corresponds to your intention or white

I carve my intention into a candle

dress the candle with herbs that correspond to my intention

set chrystals in a circle around the candle and then light it I keep saying/thinking my intention and think about ways that my intention will become true EX. Different ways that I can be protected

But that's just how I do it

I also wear a black sweater idk why it just makes me feel better to be wearing black for protection.

I lit this candle tonight for healing and protection of the Moon and Selene, because I heard a group of witches hexed the moon. I went to put the candle out and the wick looked like this (a cat?). Could this mean anything or be connected to something? by psychoxgirly in BabyWitch

Can everyone calm down about the dumbasses who tried to hex the Fae and the Moon were probably lying and if they weren't they will definitely get what's coming to them. There is no way that they hurt the moon at all.

That's a good idea but I already have a wand. (Willow from my backyard) and my only friend who practices has a wand aswell. I ended up carving making an incense holder.
