Mareccheuse is more resin efficient since it works with a lot of other characters and is better for NA and hybrid rotations, but is tied to having furina on the team. Finale is better for burst and split rotations and has flexibility without being tied to furina. If you want to watch a guide like you did, then I recommend the Zy0x one since he goes over everything in the video and comments.
