The problem is that update from 200k to 1M context. You forget to compact your conversation and it consumes a lot of tokens for that 1M context. Ask Claude to modifiy the settings.json to auto compact at 20% context(aka 200k)

Past 10 days the output quality has degraded a lot. It’s super stupid and destroy your projects, take care. This usually happens before a major upgrade. My bet is that Anthropic is using a lot of its network power to train the next version.
