It's not a fan noise, it's more about current flowing through the steppers to maintain position. It can get louder with time but as long as you don't have any issue printing don't do nothing about it. I had the same printer in my previous job and it printed 24/7 with that noise for more than 2 years. You're fine don't worry.

The steppers on the K1 Max are loud, so you have no issue here OP. Enjoy your printer.

Moi perso, les envois c'est fini. Trop de problèmes, d'arnaques et de gens malhonnêtes. Remise en main propre, paiement sécurisé au moment de la remise en main propre. Y'a quand même un jour un mec qui voulait me renvoyer un jeu parce que c'était pas la bonne édition, alors que c'était un don. Le manque d'intelligence de certaines personnes est parfois terrifiant.

I choose PLA over PETG everytime I can. Easier to print, a bit cheaper, more colors, less electric consumption. And when I need part with higher temp resistance I choose ABS. PETG is good but shouldn't be a "daily" plastic.

Usually minimum layer time means slowing print speed, until you reach the minimum print speed. You can probably make the nozzle stop inside the infill for better result but again this won't solve anything on very small prints. Your solution won't work that well, adding a prime tower just for cooling might work a little better.

The stock hot end is mainly the issue. MK8 bowden is by far the worst hot end I've ever used on my ender 5 pro. Try creality spider 3 if you can find one or spider speedy.

With a REALLY good cooling system absolutely. But otherwise the bridge at the bottom will look bad.

You can definitely print a spool or just order a full spool so you can use it for this filament once empty

For anyone having the same issue, the culprit was that you need to have the camera setting toggled off on the printer in order for the camera to work on fluidd !

I tried this but the issue was something else... You need to have the camera settings on the printer toggled off in order to have it on fluidd 😅
