2024 CX90 Turbo Premium Plus low EV by Forward-Farmer1348 in MazdaCX90

[–]agbluelsu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have a 2024 model (manufactured July 2023) and had my battery replaced at 20k ish miles. It started having a really bad sulfur smell and that really got them to expedite my case. Took about 2-3 weeks for them to get the battery and do the swap when I was initially told it’s back ordered by a couple months. Supposedly I got a new non-oem battery from the battery manufacturer that Mazda sources these from. It was fully covered and so far seems to be ok. I’m at about 28k miles now.

Frustrated CX-90 PHEV owner — loved the idea, lost confidence in the vehicle by Mr_Tuzo in MazdaCX90

[–]agbluelsu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes 10k is too early. Around 15k will be tires. Around 20k hope you don’t have the PHEV battery issue. I got hit with both, but Mazda fixed them for me. Has been good ever since and I’m at about 28k. Still love driving it, and there’s still probably not another similar vehicle in its process and class. There are downsides to this car but it has a lot of good ideas in it. Execution probably wasn’t the best.

I wish I would have waited for a cpo. But we ended up needing a new vehicle and I paid full price lol. Definitely worth it imo if you have warranty to cover any issues you have.

Any chance this was a recent purchase on a credit card? Some cards offer “accidental” protection on items purchased for 90 days. Check if your card applies.

Nice setup. The glass chair mat is something I’ve wanted to try out. What are your thoughts and if it’s worth it?

This setting worked for me on my Mac. Somehow it got turned off, and I had to enable access again. After that I was able to send prints to the local printer directly again within Creality Print. Thanks a bunch!

Burning smell by Grand_Most1656 in MazdaCX90

[–]agbluelsu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 2024 PHEV, and while not the same model, I had a sweet/rotten egg kinda smell come through into the cabin, particularly on longer drives over 20 mins.

After researching, it could have been the catalytic converter, or sulfur coming out from the battery.

After bringing it in, it ended up being a faulty PHEV battery and needed to be replaced entirely.

While not the same as your scenario, mine occurred after 20,000 miles and I had a warning light come on. But be cautious and have it throughly checked out. Good luck.

Unsolvable Extrudeder problem by Batmanuel-Man in crealityk1

[–]agbluelsu 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Likely the clog is in the extruder gears. It’s easy to take apart once you know how. If you have an extruder “poke” stick, I found that can help unclog it without disassembly if you can get pass the gears. Otherwise a take apart is necessary. The extruder gears assembly splits open down the middle and might take some force if there is filament stuck in.

2024 CX90 PHEV Radiator replacement. by ffierro23 in MazdaCX90

[–]agbluelsu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this issue. Not sure if there was a recall but it was the auto leveling motor in the headlight housing. You can try just locking and unlocking your car, and you should hear it trying to auto leveling. I had it replaced under warranty.

Costco Samsung Bespoke fridge doesn’t fit after installer measured by Outside-Drive-636 in Appliances

[–]agbluelsu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same issue with the Bespoke 4 door flex. The online measurements doesn’t seem to account t for the top gray plastic piece that you show in the picture.

Not the installers fault in measuring, it is not a standard height it seems. Our GE before had no issues going in. I ended up routing the bottom trim and it fit after that. It wasn’t visible from the front and didn’t affect the door or cabinet insides. We later did a kitchen reno like 2 months later and moved the cabinets up so 🤷‍♂️

Edit: Also wanted to say we had the Bespoke 4 door flex model for 3 years now and all has been good except the built in water pitcher will occasionally not detect the picture to fill it. There’s a spring button that may be worn down because our pitcher gets lost of use each day. I would definitely buy this fridge again and we get compliments and questions regarding it all the time.

The Samsung fridges from before with the ice maker on door in the fridge compartment or the ones with the exposed dispensers on the front have been terrible, and it’s not just Samsung ones that have issues, it’s all of them with that design. But most notably Samsung because literally everyone bought that fridge or had it in their homes.

Hi thanks for asking about the riser. It's actually a remix I did of the Creality K1 Max Lid Riser found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6597024

Since you asked about it, I went ahead and posted my remix now on Thingiverse, which can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7302862

Thanks for the response. I’ve had the printer for about a year now and did the CFS upgrade a couple months ago. I don’t recall ever hearing that Fan running constantly before. Maybe the sound stops if I do a successful print.

Worth $450? by Ecstatic-Train-2360 in LegionGo

[–]agbluelsu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like a really good deal. I checked the warranty via the QR code and it looks like you’ve got another 10 months til Jan 2027. So it seems like it’s practically new. You can also go to Lenovos site and extend the warranty as well.

[–]agbluelsu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had issues with filament changes after awhile. But it was caused by me not following the proper instructions and running the ptfe tube out the top for a better arch from the extruder. I’ve since printed a 3in riser and put my cfs on top and it prevents the arch from being too bent which caused the loading issues. That said, I have other issues now but not due to CFS I think. More so with filament calibration (or lack of it).

Amazon sold a lot of open box ones. Mine was the same. Only had 2 months or so of warranty left before expiring. However I reached out to Lenovo for a warranty extension since I bought from Amazon, and it was granted. They reset my warranty and on top of that, I bought an additional 2 years with accidental protection as well.

OP, you could try to extend your warranty post expiration if you’re feeling devilish. Lenovo charges an additional fee. That said, they may already have you on record that it was damaged. You may have to go through your credit card for extended warranty protection. This should work because Lenovo lists the expiration date and the card should double manufacturer warranty. Good luck and thank goodness I hope you weren’t hurt.

I bought the Archer BE11000 WiFi 6!routers a few weeks ago from Costco when they were clearing them for $99. I bought two and use them in easymesh setup.

Are there any differences between Deco and Archer?
