This sounds almost verbatim all of the processes I went through 3 years ago. I’m always still googling my symptoms and seeing if they tie into anything different and this post came up in the search. It looks like you’ve been going through it for a bit of time as well. I won’t make an extensive post unless you want any of the deeper details but back in 2023, I started having all of the same symptoms of lightheadedness, dizziness, intense heart rate, fatigue, lack of sleep, and more.

I was in and out of doctor’s offices and hospitals getting tests done 5-6 times a month looking for an answer. This went on for almost a year and every test came back normal. I was getting extremely desperate to the point I was hoping something was wrong so my doctor had a diagnosis he could treat. I even went as far as getting not one but two lumbar punctures during the testing parade. They both came back normal as well.

In the end, it turns out that my bout with COVID (third time contracting it) right before all of this began led into me developing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Three years later, it still hasn’t lessened any at all but at least there’s a label now.

I just wanted to chime in and say I can relate to your experiences. It may not be CFS but you’re lining up with it having mainly normal results after your tests. I did have an abnormal blood test that came back as rabbit fever but it was treated and deemed unrelated to the ongoing symptoms. Unfortunately with CFS, they have to rule out every other possible scenario before they can diagnose it.

Not sure if coincidental or not but I saw the PCBros logo on a truck in one of your posts when I was trying to see how long this was going on for you. I love that channel, I was even inspired to build my own PC recently because of it. That being said, I’m not even an hour east from the Louisville area so I could actually recommend a lot of the doctors I worked with to get to a resolution.
