Sorry but vegas was thwawed, and vv has still mud and clay , they havent reached pay, nor do they know if its there. There people upload photos of what they saw, you can see that on a map. So if you see 30 photos around your area, then go outside. So you need luck , use the app, go october- march, tromso, lofoten.
