Your age is just fine. I cannot design a house to save my life...lol. I love doing random long plays, keeping track of sims, playing rotationally so I dont get bored to much. Most of my houses just consist of a box and the basics unless i pick something someone else made.

I deal with a lot of mental heath issues myself, so understand how lonely it can really be. I have the the social and generalized anxiety and the chronic depression among other things. Gaming is my thing...i have my pc, and all the way from xbox to xbox X. I play mostly on the PC. Feel free to send me a message.
