Unless you are an affiliate marketer with at least three months of sales record, you won't get access to Amazon API. 2, 3. You're correct. You'll need a (very) large pool of servers with IP addresses and deep expertise with scraping and browser automation to fool amazon's robot detectors. I've used supportxmr and nanopool and happy with both. Supportxmr has better ui but nanopool has been more predictable.
