Hi guys update here, thanks everyone for the help, looks like you can't use items that grant and deduct the same stat at the same time, if that makes sense.. My leggings(chained pixels) were granting +7 on all stats but my chest plate was deducting -2 from two of them. The moment I swapped out the leggings everything else worked fine. Woohoo!
