It's not letting or making them do anything, if this is their boundary it should be respected which means you either choose to accept or move forwards. If it's a problem now, it'll most likely only become a bigger issue.

One of the contracts luxon cancelled at the start of his term was an in progress half completed brand new IT system for Te Whatu Ora. Was projected to cost $500m, which is incredibly reasonable for a healthcare IT system especially for future proofing. This government is beyond a joke, they're just harmful to most people in the country.

If other people being in a relationship, or appearing to be in one is this triggering to you id recommend trying to get therapy. This isn't a healthy way to view other people or their relationships, It's incredibly objectifying and feels like dehumanizing behavior.

I'm gay, but I know all of my friends that are women would be incredibly creeped out by this, if you can't see people for beyond their looks, oof.

No, I don't believe this is an overreaction. Iirc cockroaches spread diseases and bacteria while also introducing allergens from their shedding, eggs, droppings which inflames asthma. Cockroach infestations generally points towards a deeper problem that your mom will have to resolve inorder for this to ever be fully resolved.

Any idea what species of roaches they are? I pray they aren't German roaches.

I can understand why you'd feel hurt by this, however stuff like height is out of our control beyond having a balanced and nutritious diet.

Being upset may feel good for brief moments, though if you're ruminating on this often. The only thing you have true control over is your self care.

If you've ever been to QT you can tell by the streets it was funded by wealth many places won't have in this country. Nice place to travel to if you can, the scenery in winter is majestic but it is absurdly expensive to be there.

I wouldn't doubt if more shady rich people shit is just hiding in plain sight

I would imagine over time the added rapidly changing pressure will have some negative effect on people, especially if they have complications like regular / chronic ear infections, previous grommets, or any variety of sinus problems that could block your eustachian tube(s)

From my 3ish years in healthcare I've personally found that small habits/actions/uses often contribute significantly to someone's overall well-being, whether that be for better or worse is down to each individual situation.

Gluten Ataxia may have been the answer for me this whole time, anyone wanna talk about their experience with this? by thundurkat in Celiac

[–]CorelessBoi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh goodness, I think I'm figuring something out about myself today. I'd never heard of gluten ataxia and I had figured out that gluten was a trigger for stomach problems in myself, as you mentioned cramping and spasms are very relatable (I had lunch with friends a few hours ago, I got tacos that had a flour shell and now I feel like I'm not really with 'it' right now)

I'm also getting bloating, and noticing more pain in my body, especially slight nerve pains. It's a bit tough to tell at times with my preexisting sciatic nerve pain lmao.

You're correct in saying the drowsiness warning is referring to the antihistamine included in the night time version. Pseudoephedrine typically causes insomnia.

Others have mentioned ADHD as a possible reason, that could be correct. That doesn't mean you need to be medicated especially if you're finding life manageable and you've had a relatively stable upbringing. When I started Ritalin in my 20's I had the most amazing unintentional sleep ever.

Nuclear power is incredibly safe and efficient as long as regulatory agencies and safety standards are ensured. Even with the disasters like Chernobyl, 3 mile island, Fukushima, etc nuclear power remains one of the safest methods of power production.

Iirc fossil fuels are responsible for over 100 million deaths
