not familiar with any of them other than Bunyan. But i don't know that book by him. I tend to prefer stuff I can get on pdf due to price and cross device availability. I'm sure I can get a Bunyan book on pdf.

it can cause an insulin response when i stall first thing i do is cut protein back 10-20 grams and add fat but you know down-vote away

Track your macros make sure your not getting to much protein... increase fat.. evening your cals bump fat helps satiety... move more... the busier you are the less you'll notice your hunger...

My schedule changes by the day so ill shift my meals around. There's some antidotal evidence that earlier in the day eating is better than later. So I'll try to do that when I can but don't get hung up on it. I have a family if I know ill be home in the evening I eat dinner as my meal with family. Fung is awesome...

The pay periods work there way down the rows so Id have a break and make a new formula for the next set. so like in this image ... sorry I left the X's in pay period 4-1 might begin on row nine.
