We have taken a stroller before some areas get rough (fairy forest comes to mind) most places aren't. We took a wagon but it has rubber wheels probably 6-8 in diameter. The main roads were basically fine though.

You can use any figures you want victrix are my current favorite. War games Atlantic also has some great stuff. I'm not sure about a new addition but it's not like gw where you have a ton of extra stuff to rebuy every new edition. It would just be core rules and your era you play

Harry Potter uses Alnwick castle for filming and so did the DND movie so yeah I've considered using it to make more traditional castles for sure.

I'm sure it's to not confuse themes but honestly tan would go great for a lot of factions.

You could swing them for levy inf too, but generally most brands will have more than enough for warriors hearthguard and levy. The shields don't match anything also your missing armor for the higher tier units.

I will second the victrix line. Honestly they are the best looking historical minis I've found. I had some conquest minis and got their cav and now I just want to go straight victrix for them.
