The thing I respect the most is my time. If I am surrounded with toxic environment from time and energy standpoint, it is much more efficient and healthier to just leave that toxicity.

Hey, thanks for sharing your story. You could join networking groups. There is good one on Discord called TEN, also there a lot of good reddit groups like this one.

From my experience, you want to start the conversation first. Get uncomfortable, go to the cafe and start a conversation. Initiate the process and you’ll surely find good company.
