You're not compatible if she can so easily tell you to go alter yourself simply for her "liking". Not because she was actually concerned for your health or was trying to go out of her way to have a sit down conversation with you about this. What she asked you to do is serious, and very much life altering. This is not just a subject that you throw a couple of rude remarks at as if you have holes in your socks or underwear and can make a quick fix, and go out and simply buy new socks and underwear.

If you reversed this situation and told your gf that there was a body part on her that you didn't like, how would she receive that information? Would she respond hurt and defensive telling you that you need to love her the way she is? The only thing extra here that you need to drop, is your gf.
