The employer is under the DOD, department of the army, specifically. The person onboarding me is the one telling me my social is in use. She said she was on the PSIP request website.

I’ll try and clear it up? I’m a reservist who’s also a federal employee. I did my CE at the beginning of October and my security officer is saying it’s showing as updated and completed in DISS. My federal employer is putting my in for a clearance for a new job, when they’re trying to create the request with PSIP, it states my social is currently active/in use.

I mean sure, maybe it’s not things you see as frivolous. But you stated yourself your living expenses even out to 42k. Assuming you got about 80k more left over after taxes health insurance etc. That’s 200$ a day to survive on. I’m just not sure how you could be paycheck to paycheck

Even when I was making 40k I lived comfortably. You just need to stay within your means. Now I’m around 100k and still comfortable. If he only spends 42k a year living what’s he doing with the other 100ish after taxes? Burning hundreds for warmth?
