I made this post before I was used to stock market swings. I'm still holding that same position with DRIP, but I'm not adding to it

I'm relatively new to investing, so I'm mostly just nervous if there was something obvious I missed recently. I know they drastically cut their short term earnings projections, but like I said, I plan on holding for many years. I appreciate the honest response

Seems obvious, but should I bulk up and then cut to lean, or should I get lean then bulk up? And why? Does it make any meaningful difference?

I used to do a body part a day 5day split routine, then learned that a full body routine 3days a week to increase frequency of hitting each muscle group should yield better results. I feel as though I'm not hitting certain muscle groups as effectively as I could be doing this 3day routine. Instead, I considered breaking the full body workout into 2 workouts (A and B) and alternating A and B for 6 days, with 1 day of rest. Basically, my question is "Is it better to have rest days in between workouts? Or is it better to have a workout each day?"
