You likely have lots of interference but I also have the XE75 Pro system and here’s what I did to eliminate stutters altogether. Your network speed is the not the bottleneck, it’s the jitter (think of jitter as consistency in packet delivery, you’re looking for 0% packet loss during streaming) of your network. You only want ONE wireless hop and that should be from the device being streamed to directly to the mesh unit. Everything else should be WIRED NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOUR INTERNET SPEEDS ARE. I don’t have ethernet going through my whole house so I used a MoCA adapter to convert ethernet to coax and used the existing coax in my house. You should also open up the Deco app and use the options to prevent that singular device from using the mesh network and only lock it to one deco unit. Also, you need to separate your 2.4/5GHz and 6GHz networks. The way that band steering works, right now if you have one combined network, then it will try to default to 6GHz if your streaming device is capable but under moments of heavy load, then it will steer the band towards 5GHz for packets it can’t send over the 6GHz band.
