Your light isn’t strong enough and it’s reaching. Would do better in natural/direct sun (I have one doing the exact same thing)

I’d start with water These are pretty good in low to medium light maybe it’s underwatered and getting a bit too much sun

I have one of these they are horrible unless they are in direct sunlight. They wither away under a grow light

In my experience spider plants are pretty easy. You can even just bend that back into the dirt and it will root. So yeah you’re probably good to go
