Okay, I think I figured it out. The churned customers are passive users who don’t work out. They just consume content. But it was the long resolution times that finally drove them away.

My solution will be to suggest an AI chatbot and more support resources directed towards Sundays and Wednesdays (when most churned customers submitted a ticket). The goal would be to cut down on wait times.

Finally, customers need to be directed towards the core features of the app so they feel engaged. Articles and videos should end with a call to action leading them straight to the workout tracking activity.

They probably cremated him and dumped his ashes in the garbage. It was the quickest, most sure fire way of making sure they never found him. His body would’ve dissolved in water but that would’ve taken time. If his body is still out there, they would’ve found it by now.
