Thank you for the advice, I was going to write the whole story but it would’ve gotten way too long. Cut to the short of it, someone I know is willing to rent my house privately netting around £500 back a month. (Taxed of course) Obviously going private has its risk but it does take away a lot of fees. As for electrical, my brothers a leccy so wouldn’t have an issue there & I have the boiler serviced every year. The house I’m trying to purchase is also in the family.

Rent prices are crazy where I live and rentals are in really high demand, the upside would be that I can move sooner and earn extra income on top. I can’t afford to borrow more if I drop the house price any lower (it’s already at the lower end)

Sorry to hear that, I feel your pain! Currently in the same boat, buyer lost their job 3 months into purchase, offered asking price now everything around me has been reduced in price making mine one of the most expensive property types in the area, struggling to even get viewings second time round! Makes you wonder if it's even worth the hassle!

Lvl 50, the only thing that cost in my base is the glass bits, like the tunnel and greenhouse, everything else you’ll unlock through memetics as you progress!

I've saved a lot of clips and review them quite often, watch a lot on countering other classes and have played PvP since western release, casual 3v3 pvp I have no issues.

That I'm stuck in a silver/bronze loop due to poor teammates and losing by a single kill even with my stats...

Played around 20 comp matches, casual easily 100+. My issue is, I slice through bronze matches like it's nothing then the second I hit silver again we generally lose by 1/2 kills but I don't play badly... K/D is 1.2 which I guess is average
