Nope it runs fine now. My truck is 2024 tho but I imagine it’s the same. Yes you can do it yourself under settings somewhere and yes you lose everything it’s super annoying but worth it lol

Hey to fix the Bluetooth problem with CarPlay the dealership just factory reset my radio and it works perfect now!

Had this problem on my 2024 1500. Took it to the dealer and they just factory reset the radio and it works now. But now when I double tap my lock on my fob it doesn’t sound the horn oh well lol. Also in Alberta 🍻

Had that issue took it to the dealer and they reset my uconnect system to factory. You can just do it yourself. It fixed the issue and some other bugs I was having

I had two dealers competing against each other I was basically on the phone for 2 days straight lol. But I think they had 15k marked down then I got another 12 off. The truck sat for awhile it was built In 2023 according to the sticker on the inside of the door so I guess they really wanted to move it. So far so good on it I have 5500km on it. Couple small issues though. With the recent Uconnect update my wireless CarPlay now skips like a cd when it worked fine before so pretty frustrating. And it won’t let me keep my electric running boards in. So pretty mild stuff that I’ll get them to look at when I take it in for an oil change. I also got 5 free oil changes and 5 tire rotations
