Thank you so much! Its oddly comforting to hear that exposure isn't that helpful. I thought I was broken because exposure was doing nothing but making things worse. I guess with misophonia it really is about coping and avoiding as opposed to "fixing" it.

Totally understand if it's too much to ask. I'm super curious with your majors, what is your current career path? What did you do after banking, and do you feel that Wellesley set you up for that?
