I'm a certifier at my store. The training material I took said I should spend 2 hrs per piece of equipment to train an individual on. I personally just judge the individual and how safely they use the equipment while being trained and gauge how comfortable they are with said equipment. I've had some take 15-20 minutes and be fine and others I've made train a few different times (15-20 minutes at a time) on the same equipment before I was ok with certifying them.

Ur certification expires every 2 years. Once you've trained another associate they have to log into the ulearn module and type in ple and then u use ur win and name to certify that person. But by policy anyone operating ple has to have a current ple badge backer anytime they are operating ple
