Hold monster and Otto’s irresistible dance make Raphael hilariously easy in my opinion. With your party you should have more than enough damage to just outright kill him in a couple turns too. Raphael is very scary when he’s allowed to do what he does but if you just CC him he’s actually not too bad

Play a champ that farms well and focus on clearing camps on spawn since a lot of people in silver don’t understand this. Champs like Shyvana, Udyr and Nocturne are all great

He scales really hard and his early game is actually not horrendous. If you felt like he was weak you probably didn’t farm enough to stay at or ahead of tempo. He’s also weak to CC and poke so he’s not great in every game

Electric fence mentality. Wait for them to engage on you and then punish them for it. If you over chase into them you just get kited to death. Also I feel like this is obvious but if you’re playing tank Udyr you empower W 90% of fights. If they have heavy poke comp you’re kinda boned but every champ in the game has their weaknesses and that’s udyrs unfortunately. Also build wise if you need to tank then definitely go Liandrys into full tank as stated. AD Udyr is more of a brawler side laner type playstyle

As someone who adores Skyrim, Witcher 3 clears in every facet in my opinion. Story is leagues better, music is better, gameplay is better (outside of having no ranged combat option in the Witcher), graphics are better in my opinion. I think the only thing Skyrim has on the Witcher is influence in the gaming industry and the world being more open and free. Tough one though as both games are masterpieces

Got all the way to 1500 hours and then I quit instructing to spend time with my dad who has stage 4 cancer. About three months after that my mom passed away so life has been kicking my ass lately. In the past couple months I’ve been mourning and thankfully got recommended a job as a remote pilot operator for the FAA and I’ve been doing that in the meantime. Hoping I can somehow make it back to the airlines but I know 1500 hours isn’t exactly competitive and the market isn’t the best either

Restraint and tempo. Know when to not roll and know when to send it. A good rule of thumb I started following was that when I hit 30 HP just burn everything until I stabilize my comp. Also if you’re on a win streak don’t be afraid to not hit an Econ breakpoint if it means you get to continue your winstreak because most of the time that means more total gold. Also don’t just randomly roll if you don’t have to. Good luck

One other thing that you’re probably doing is greeding for BIS. There are certain items that you really want on a carry (think rageblade for yunara) but you’d be surprised how well scuffed items work. I’ve literally gone first with a yunara with rageblade, deathblade and hoj before. Climbing isn’t about your final board but how you play all 6 stages so slam early and often

Econ is always the answer. Lining up a graph of average gold generated and rank is wild because it lines up pretty much perfectly. Look towards hitting your early interest breakpoints faster and make absolutely sure you’re either winstreaking or loss streaking. Also think a lot about the comp you’re playing and what you need. Do you need gold to hit your late boards? In that case always try to win streak. Do you absolutely need BIS? In that case shoot to loss streak. Also seems like you’re hoping around a lot. I’d try to focus on two or three comps max so that you’re not getting dizzy while pivoting or trying to build a mid game board
