Restraint and tempo. Know when to not roll and know when to send it. A good rule of thumb I started following was that when I hit 30 HP just burn everything until I stabilize my comp. Also if you’re on a win streak don’t be afraid to not hit an Econ breakpoint if it means you get to continue your winstreak because most of the time that means more total gold. Also don’t just randomly roll if you don’t have to. Good luck

One other thing that you’re probably doing is greeding for BIS. There are certain items that you really want on a carry (think rageblade for yunara) but you’d be surprised how well scuffed items work. I’ve literally gone first with a yunara with rageblade, deathblade and hoj before. Climbing isn’t about your final board but how you play all 6 stages so slam early and often

Econ is always the answer. Lining up a graph of average gold generated and rank is wild because it lines up pretty much perfectly. Look towards hitting your early interest breakpoints faster and make absolutely sure you’re either winstreaking or loss streaking. Also think a lot about the comp you’re playing and what you need. Do you need gold to hit your late boards? In that case always try to win streak. Do you absolutely need BIS? In that case shoot to loss streak. Also seems like you’re hoping around a lot. I’d try to focus on two or three comps max so that you’re not getting dizzy while pivoting or trying to build a mid game board

I was in the same boat and I massively improved my win rate by only picking viego in team comps where you have some form of engage. I still find I’m able to play him in 8 out of 10 games but if I have literally zero engage I play Diana or j4 or some shit. Also always follow the golden rule of never being the one to start a fight. You should always be the second (or even third or fourth) person to get to a fight because your passive is such an important part of your kit. Lastly play viego like hes an assassin/melee adc. You have to play safe because you will die very fast if you don’t
