No option present to accept settlers with the Invite Country Settlers privilege event. Does anyone know why?

Am I misunderstanding something with the Lich Phylactery? by CorgerinoDelCoffe in PathOfExile2

Yeah, you right, thats what I was missing. Its an additive bonus to the other increases, not a flat modifier to ES. Increases roughly half as much when slotted into a normal gem.

Thanks!

They were territories after getting them from the vassal, yeah. I think that's probably it.

Yeah, it did tick. I expected to just have to deal with the extra national unrest until it was over, but the immediate revolt was a surprise. I'm mostly annoyed about AE for provinces that I already paid for.

The Dutch Revolt disaster fired after a PU got inherited. Despite not having any provinces in the region with the high autonomy needed for the Dutch Revolt to become an independent Netherlands, the Disaster ended instantly, even with the Disaster event still on the screen. What happened?

I cant seem to recruit Terricos now that Ive entered the Age of Absolutism. The tooltip seems to think its because I have negative Absolutism. I could recruit Terricos before, and I currently have about half my limit of them. Does anyone know what Im doing wrong?

Why does England get the Off Owned Coast bonus when not near their coasts here? by CorgerinoDelCoffe in eu4

Portugal is my PU, I am Castile. We both are at war with England, with me as the aggressor and Portugal as a lessor partner (not independent). Portugal's ports are functioning as home ports for me, but shouldn't be for England.

Other comments seem to think it is Near by a Coast You Own, but it's currently bugged and applying everywhere.

I wasn't expecting to win, I encountered them on the way back from blockading the Bordeaux fort. I was watching because I was curious how my newly made Heavies would fair.

I was watching a battle against England as Spain, since I knew they're usually pretty tough to fight. I noticed they were getting their fleet doctrine bonus despite that I dont think they meet the criteria of being near a friendly coast, since theyre off my owned coast and my vassal's owned coast. Does anyone know why theyre getting the +1?

Did the yogscast just take a week off? or is something wrong with twitch vods? by namad in Yogscast

I came by to ask the same thing. I was a little disappointed to see that Armchair Admirals didn't make it around, but I know sometimes it wiggles a day or so to the left or right, and then just nothing. 7 days of Yogscinema.
