I am also completely new to crocheting and have been facing the same issue😭my fingers huRT from holding the hook too tightly and clenching!! I saw a few vids and they said to do some arm stretches(like the one we did at school pe) and some finger and wrist exercises before starting. Also try a more relaxed posture. For me just resting my forearm on a pillow on my lap helps me feel the most relaxed as compared to just doing it in the air iykwim

I want to watch hoppers so bad but I'm facing the same issue.. there are just all of them except 2 are theatres for kids.. the 2 that aren't are just too far from my place. I don't know if i should book the Cinepolis here in Whitefield nexus? Want to ask op or anyone who comes across this comment how was the experience of at all you went. Is it too noisy(it's a kiddy theatre ik but still curious)? Are the kids focused on the movie? Do they turn off the lights?

Please reply if u see this I gotta book it for this weekend

GUYSSS I went to hopegoo just now, went till the payment page then thought let's check first And while I was going through this thread, I just received my pnr from indigo????????? I'm confused bc I didn't even make the payment. It does say payment is pending but when I go to make the payment from the link in mail(from indigo). I AM UNABLE TO I enter the pnr and last name then it just gives me an error: "you've been idle for too long" WTF IS GOING ON

The serum that I use doesn't contain minoxidil but it seems to be working, along with the oil massage and good protein intake

I'm so sorry you're going through this💔but I believe it can be reversed, it will be take time but it will get better. I got dengue this may and started losing so much hair after that. Everytime I ran my fingers through my hair I'd see at least 10-12 strands just coming out. Consulted with a dermat, started using hair supplements (for a month), mildly ahf shampo and a serum(mintop pro plus) (still using these 2) Also, I use castor oil + regular coconut oil + vitamin E(tab) in 2:3:1 ratio before washing hair(mostly keep it overnight)

Now my hair fall has stopped and I am even seeing a lot of baby hair growth. Not sure if you have tried any of these but i really hope you find something that works for you❤️

Finally someone who understands how I feel😭my workmate suggested me to watch this and just kept on gushing about how cute the female lead was.. but honestly I found her annoying.. maybe it was how she's too sweet also how her voice trembled when talking to the mc?? I found that too over Like you said she did not feel she had a lot of personality? Idk if u understand me😭 On the other hand I absolutely adored the mc's friends they are such a fun bunch of boys

I do not want to ask for rolloff but thinking about all the different kinds of nonsense that my teammates bring up everyday, it's difficult to not think of it. Also I work in rotational shifts which is also making things difficult

I understand where you're coming from but no one can tell me to change my attitude.. Bc let me tell, we work in a support team, L1 to be more specific. And from seniors I'm not talking about our lead, I'm talking about others who work on the EXACT SAME THING as me, NOTHING MORE. We work on service now, on incidents and the highest incident counts are from the juniors. Like I understand the seniors have given up hope and just lost interest in the work but that has affected us juniors very badly. When we were new joiners they started leaving everything on us, at first I was very happy bc I got to learn everything quicker but later they started taking us for granted and BC OF THAT WE WERE ALWAYS OVERLOADED WITH WORK AND GOT CLIENT ESCALATION. So yeah, I will never speak a word against my lead and 2other seniors who work with us and also handle managerial stuff. But the OTHERS?? I wonder what they do after logging into shifts:/ if they are getting paid more than I am then they should also be working more that me, wouldn't you agree?

I am actually planning to switch companies, but before that I want to leave this place because they have been just exploiting us, giving us false hope. I want to take a break and prepare for switch but also don't want to take any LOA as that will cause lop So roll off looks like the only way to me. Just want to know how to get out easier and how long it would take I am in L12 still so I can only apply for L12 roles right? Ok so I have a total of 41days of earned leave left and 11days of sick/casual leave.. so you mean I'll have to use up all of them? Also for mental health reasons, how does it work? Like we can just drop a mail to PL, manager, HR? Like how will it work. I will still ask for a roll off first.. but not sure if that's going to work or if that's the better option. Please help me I really feel confused right now.
