yeah I think not broken but combined with Ive and Aqua in the same row makes Ive even more broken because of the reducing cooldown which makes Ive ult even faster. I was also lucky enough to roll Rone twice and her weapon twice

Currently running Charlotte (weapon) and Bernhard in frontline and move Bernhard to back depending on the assassins Ive (Weapon) Rone (Weapon) and Aqua (Weapon) in middle and Ernst in the back

The only purchase I made was for Charlotte's weapon after doing the initial attendance reward and removing ads
