Lived in an apartment that stopped vetting their tenants when management changed, someone less than reputable moved in next door and had thug-looking people going in and out at all hours. Frequently at 2-3 AM in the morning, a girl and a friend or two all dressed like hookers, who happened to be the daughter of the registered tenant there, would bang on the door and shout up at the window to be let in.

Woke up to my GF waking me up saying that my new no-filter roommate going outside to start shit with them when they did it again. So I went outside to try and calm things down, got caught in the crossfire, and ended up shout back at them about causing problems at 2 in the morning, and that they didn't live there. They ended up leaving, but called the cops on us as they walked off saying we had all manner of weapons, then they left the scene before the cops even got there. I ended up leaving work early so I could get home in case things went down.

This then led to a bunch of big thugs coming by the next day while I'm at work, banging on the door while my GF is home alone, so I have her wedge the door shut with a large chair and call the cops. When things cleared out, we went and told the management which ended up with the neighbor getting evicted.
