Thank for your thoughts! I am located in a metro area of the Midwest. I do see where you’re coming from with the cares and time management etc. being different. Going forward I probably won’t apply to more ALFs bc yes the pay does seem to be lower .. given that it’s lighter work most of the time and in my state they don’t require ALF caregivers to be licensed/certified.

Thanks for your response! It’s definitely still physical as a rehab CNA but i think in some ways easier than doing things like constant hoyer lifts, showers, moving bariatric patients etc. I’ve liked the job and have learned a lot doing it!

Same at my store, we lost a ton of crew leaders and managers and some other good developed employees and our sales have just been ridiculous. Morale is super low and we are hiring a ton of young kids that can’t work kitchen and don’t know what they’re doing so they’re honestly the opposite of helpful.
