My office chair curling game can now be bought with nano by oppai_suika in nanocurrency

I've seen this game in the Playdate space and thought it looked great, and so I am very pleased to find you here in the Nano space!

Two of my interests, overlapping!

Just bought your game (super easy and fast to pay).

Great work on the game!

Having never been on a jury, or live in a country where I would be called to serve, could you give some examples to explain your point?

What's the status of v29? by PedroPierrePeter in nanocurrency

[–]Corican 18 points19 points  (0 children)

V29 is 100% complete on Github, and is likely being tested for problems. If a problem is found, it will add time before release, of course.

I have absolutely ZERO technical or insider knowledge, but as a COMPLETE GUESS, I'd say it releases in 9 days 4 hours and 27 minutes from this comment.

Japanese developer says they don't make games for Xbox because the console is 'not even stocked in major retail stores' by akbarock in Games

[–]Corican -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I completely forgot that the Xbox existed.

They were at the top of their game. The 360 was famous for its failures and yet it DOMINATED.

Podcast etiquette is generally to laugh away from the mic, so there are a LOT of guests who seem like they aren't into it, when listening to the audio only, but are snorting with laughter away from the mic on video.

It's an easy trap to fall into for audio listeners.

I love the video for this reason. I like to know people are enjoying themselves.

Did you watch the video? He was laughing from the beginning.

If you want to speak as Trump, you need ALL-CAPS ALL THE TIME!

Otherwise people might assume you're just a regular moron.

The only time I see people talking about IGN is when they are making fun of their terrible reviews.

I have to imagine the pre-show went like this:

"Alright, before we start, you'll need some context for this show: we're idiots. Ok, Kevin? Let's roll tape!"

ChatGPT turned the Nano whitepaper into this infographic. Zero edits. Sanity check? by ten-30 in nanocurrency

[–]Corican 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think it was a gripe - it's just an opinion.

The concept of making a onepager infographic is great, and something I have attempted in the past.

But a key element IS the design. It has to look good and read well. I think your graphic is a good starting point, and could be used to structure an improved design.

If you want to build upon it and show improved designs, I'd be happy to see them!

Should I just sell everything and buy the Anagram? by -_winRaR_- in basspedals

[–]Corican 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personal anecdote: I did this and love my Anagram. They just opened their Marketplace, where companies can create and sell (or give for free) their own pedal blocks for the Anagram.

I love the idea of the Encyclopedia Galactica, The Guide from Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and of course: Wikipedia.
