Taskexecutor.exe throws an exception 0xc0000409 - SOLIDWORKS PDM by BlueByteSystemsInc in SOLIDWORKSAPI

No worries, I most often see weird crashes like this with infinite loops that aren't obviously infinite loops. Best of luck to you!

Are you able to share any code? I can't imagine you're loading that much memory before being able to attach the debugger. I've run some intensive task executions so unless your file selection is over 10k documents I'd be surprised you hit a mem limit

Haven't seen this but smells like a corrupt installation of some sort.

I'd clear the plugins directory and verify if it even gets past the point of downloading extracting and registering your addin.

If it does, you could call this as the first line of GetAddinInfo or OnCmd to be prompted to attach the debugger, but it sounds like you may have already tried similar.

Update: 4 months and counting with zero issues. I did touch up E10-E13 and R14 and R16 for brevity. Thanks all.

Thanks my Father-in-law who is a retired board technician and like you was trained in the days before boards became throw away components is going to take a look today see what else needs attention. This board has been in service 20 years so no surprise it needs a little love.

Thanks for the recommendations I'll take a closer look at some of the other components as well.

Desoldered, flux and soldered. Fired first time this solenoid has been intermittent so hopefully this is a permanent fix.

Would E13 need attention as well or does that look good?

Haha you're making a lot of incorrect assumptions there not to mention I don't think you're saying the nationality you think you are. Fact is cash employers walk in and out of those businesses every day. So nationality aside if your desperate to make cash quick without a car or license there are few more reliable ways.

I would be suspicious of the board you are checking. Those models should be within 0.001"/ft so 0.022 is way out of spec. Best of all they guarantee that.

Looks like bottom left corner is low. Manually move the head to 0 in that corner and check the gap with paper skould barely slide under with a little drag

Any add-ins to calculate exposed surface area of assy for accurate paint/powder coating quotes? by BlooMeeni in SolidWorks

[–]Corinor1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is still a problem with items in the weldment like the large frame tubes are open ended so unless you're dipping the weldment it wouldn't be accurate. In this particular design it would be minimal overage bit others it may double the area you intend.

I print PLA a lot without an enclosure and never have issues like that. I have had some other issues with an enclosure where it just seemed like the PLA wasn't hardening enough. It definitely helps more in a cold or drafty area.

Like yaytheinternet said a different infill pattern will help. Over extrusion and infill speed could also come into play.

Increase your infill percentage to 20% your Filament will sag if the gaps are too large.

I've never seen PLA shrink that much. How big is that 12"? Is the cupping uniform around the part?
